The renovation of the Carriage Barn at The Rocks received the NH Energy Week “Project of the Year: Energy Champion Award” for 2024 on May 10. Thanks to the Community Development Finance Authority for the nomination. The annual awards recognize and honor the individuals and entities that make exceptional contributions that champion for the Granite State's energy future.

The Forest Society received $300,000 in tax credits from the CDFA in 2023, which were used to renovate the Carriage Barn at The Rocks in Bethlehem. The renovation retained the historic exterior of the building and converted the interior into a net-zero energy-efficient structure powered by geothermal and solar photovoltaic systems.
