We were excited to host Garnet Hill at Forest Society North at The Rocks for a holiday photo shoot this summer. And, now that they have launched their holiday catalog featuring The Rocks, we can finally share more about the collaboration!
Garnet Hill — a clothing, bedding, and home décor company that was founded in 1976 in Franconia — focused its holiday campaign on traditions that staff members have created at The Rocks. Garnet Hill also launched a "Christmas Tree Farm Collection" inspired by The Rocks.
"This year, Garnet Hill held our holiday photo shoot at a place very dear to us: The Rocks, a scenic Christmas tree farm and forest exploration center on 1,400 acres in Bethlehem, NH. The Rocks has been at the heart of the holidays for the Garnet Hill family for over three decades — it’s just a few miles from our corporate headquarters, and each year, we give team members a gift certificate for a Rocks tree or wreath, so most of us visit at least once during the season to get into the holiday spirit," the Garnet Hill website says.
"Garnet Hill partnered with the Forest Society in the 1990s, and our collaboration continues to build on a shared commitment to protecting the land as well as fostering deep roots in the local community with events like company volunteer days."

"The Rocks embodies the spirit of the season and has special meaning to all of us — it’s the perfect backdrop for a Garnet Hill Christmas! It was our team members who inspired the campaign’s very personal theme, and we recreated their photos, experiences, and traditions to share our holiday story with you," said Joy Delaney, vice president of creative for Garnet Hill.
You can also follow along with their "Festive 24-Hour Road Trip Itinerary" in the North Country if you're visiting the area to cut your own Christmas tree:
"Garnet Hill's corporate headquarters is in Franconia, NH, so we know the North Country well. Our travel itinerary highlights the warmth and charm of the area and includes a visit to a Christmas tree farm where your just-right tree awaits. It's an unforgettable way to celebrate the holidays in New England — and you can do it all in 24-ish hours."
Destinations include Polly's Pancake Parlor in Sugar Hill, the Garnet Hill Outlet store in Franconia, Maia Papaya in Bethlehem, Littleton's classic Main Street, Chutter's Candy Store in Littleton, Iron Furnace Brewery in Franconia, Sunset Hill House in Sugar Hill, and of course, The Rocks!
Garnet Hill also supported the Forest Society with its Earth Day campaign this year, matching contributions up to $10,000 from customers who supported the Forest Society during checkout online.
