Wholesale electric prices in New England during 2015 hit their second-lowest point in the past 13 years, officials with the region’s power grid operator said Tuesday.
The New Hampshire Site Evaluation Committee (SEC) tasked with processing the 27,000-page application submitted by Northern Pass held five public hearings in the first half of March.

Over the course of the next year, and possibly beyond, those stakeholders granted status as interveners will publicly pick apart the Northern Pass transmission line before the SEC.
