A women in a hard hat before chainsawing. Are you a woman who owns or manages forest land in New Hampshire? We invite you to participate in our Women in the Woods survey! With your input, we’ll be able to better understand the behaviors, attitudes, and barriers to management for New Hampshire women and gender nonconforming forestland owners, managers, and stewards. The goal of this research led by UNH Extension is to connect women with the resources, skills, and community they need to make informed stewardship decisions that promote healthy forests. This survey should take approximately no more than 20 minutes to complete, and you can enter a drawing for a chance to win one of five packages which include a $50 LL Bean gift card, a Women Owning Woodlands sticker, pen, and journal, and an educational Caring for Your Land publication.
