Helping to measure Christmas trees at the Rocks in Bethlehem, New Hampshire

Get a jumpstart into the holiday spirit by volunteering at The Rocks in Bethlehem, NH! We are looking for some volunteer help on the days following Thanksgiving (Friday 11/26, Saturday 11/27 and Sunday 11/28), which are usually some of the busiest of the year for this property. Specifically, we are looking for volunteers to assist with checking out customers (hand-held CC readers, easy to use!) and with pre-cut tree sales (also fairly simple, just helping customers who want to buy a pre-cut tree, but you do need to be able to lift new Christmas trees onto pegs once others sell). All jobs are outside, and your volunteer efforts (and customer Christmas trees sales) go towards supporting conservation and stewardship of protected forest land!  Dates and times we need help are below.

If you're available and willing, just email Carrie Deegan at cdeegan@forestsociety.org.

Friday November 26th, 9:30am-4pm

  • 2 credit card reader volunteers needed
  • 1 pre cut tree sales volunteer

Saturday November 27th, 9:30am-4pm

  • 1 pre cut tree sales volunteer

Sunday November 28th, 9:30am-4pm

  • 2 pre cut tree sales volunteers
