Stewardship Matters

Welcome and thank you!

Wood, wildlife, water, wellness and New Hampshire's way of life.

We care for our conserved lands so that everyone can have a place to breathe deeply and enjoy nature. The Forest Society’s 191 forest reservations include places for a rugged hike or a placid meander along the river.

  • Our Reservation Stewardship Fund supports work ranging from trail care, including Monadnock Trails Week, to signage to habitat management on our forest reservations throughout the state.
  • Our Easement Stewardship Fund is dedicated to working with private landowners to ensure that lands protected by conservation easements maintain their conservation benefits for generations to come.

Your contribution makes a difference both today and for the future of New Hampshire.
