Eversource Says Total Burial of Northern Pass Too Expensive; Feds Say It's Feasible

The Dept. of Energy's draft Environmental Impact Statement says total burial along roads is a feasible alternative to overhead lines, if the project is scaled back to 1,000 megawatts instead of 1,200 megawatts.
