A line of rocks stretches into a frozen winter lake

A recently released report by the University of New Hampshire’s Institute on Sustainability, in partnership with the Union of Concerned Scientists, analyzed existing state policies across the six New England states to determine how prepared they are to face projected climate impacts in the region.

Unfortunately, the report is highly critical of New Hampshire. It notes that the state does not have the same level of climate policies as the other New England states nor does it have as aggressive renewable mandates or subsidy programs.
