The 5 Hikes Challenge has come to a close for this year but we wanted to say thank you to everyone who participated and to our partner, Concord Hospital! Watch this video to see some highlights from the challenge, which saw more than 300 people walk and hike Forest Society trails across the state over two months this fall.
Guess what? Nearly 60% of participants reported learning more about forests and trails in their communities after the challenge and more benefits reported included better mental and physical health, and increased motivation to get outside. Thanks for getting outside with us this fall and we'll see you in 2024!
