Support the Forest Society in February by voting online and we could win a grant from the Bangor Savings Bank Foundation's Community Matters More initiative.

The grant would support our mission to conserve the state's most important landscapes and promote wise use of its renewable natural resources. You can vote here from February 1 through February 29: www.bangor.com/cmm. (Any Maine or New Hampshire resident, of any age, is eligible to vote once.)

Community Matters More is an initiative of the Bangor Savings Bank Foundation.

Community Matters More is a program of the Bangor Savings Bank Foundation that directly engages the public in grant-making. During the month of February, voters will determine the recipients of over $140,000 awarded to 55 local nonprofit organizations in Maine and New Hampshire. The two organizations with the most votes in each geographical region will receive a $5,000 grant, while the remaining organizations will receive $1,000.
