These are the transcripts of the third day of deliberations, Thursday February 1, 2018, by the New Hampshire Site Evaluation Commitee on the application by Northern Pass for a Certificate of Site and Facility. The SEC subcommittee voted 7-0 to deny the Certificate for failure to meet the burden of proof on the standard that the project would not cause undue interference with the orderly development of the region.
