Sagamore Creek Kayak Clean Up 2019

Help keep our coastal ecosystem clean for wildlife and people! Bring your kayak or stand-up paddle board (SUP) over to Portsmouth Kayak Adventures and join the Waterkeeper and Forest Society for a cleanup along the shores of Sagamore Creek. Volunteers should plan to meet at and launch their boats at Portsmouth Kayak Adventures. Depending on how many volunteers we have, we'll divide into several groups to collect trash up and down the creek. This event is weather-dependent so please sign-up online. Updates and/or cancellation will be posted at "Save the Great Bay - Piscataqua Estuary" Facebook page.

What to Bring: Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own kayaks or SUPs, but a limited number of boats will be available from Portsmouth Kayak Adventures. Please bring your own gloves and paddling safety equipment (PFDs). Optional: bring bug repellant. Snacks and water provided.
