Save the Date!  Thursday,  Nov 8th, from 4:30-7:30 p.m. we'll be hosting the Forest Society's annual Fall Volunteer Appreciation Dinner here at our Conservation Center in Concord.  If you have volunteered for the Forest Society at any time, you are invited to come and enjoy dinner and drinks with other volunteers and Forest Society staff.  We'll also be presenting this year's Trish Churchill Volunteer of the Year award to one of our outstanding volunteers, land steward Lee Baker.  We hope that you can make it to celebrate all of the volunteer accomplishments this year.  Spouses/significant others and family members are welcome!  We will be serving lasagna (both vegetarian and meat varieties), salad, bread, and apple crisp (gluten free).  If you have dietary needs we can accomodate, please let us know!   RSVP to Carrie Deegan at cdeegan@forestsociety.org.
