Champlin Forest Stewardship Workday in Rochester (FULL)

The Champlin Forest in Rochester is in need of some TLC! We are looking to clean up any trash around the parking lot and cut any shrubs and vegetation that may be obscuring the parking area from the road. There will also be an opportunity to walk the trail system and clear any downed winter branches when we are finished with the entrance to the property! Bring workgloves (we'll have extra) and be sure to wear long pants, boots and long sleeve shirt (for brambles and tick bite defense)... as well as plenty of water and a bag lunch/snacks.

The Forest Society is currently working on raising funds for a 122-acre addition to the Champlin Forest! Read more about that here.
