Art Exhibit: Photographer Sher Kamman's Work on Display at the Conservation Center

Sher Kamman’s photography will be on display from Friday, April 3 through Wednesday, May 8 at the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests’ Conservation Center in Concord.

The “Whispers of Trees” exhibit honors the beauty and power of the forest. Kamman uses light to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary by showcasing silhouettes of trunks and branches against winter snow, illuminating the reds and golds of autumn leaves, and deepening the lush greens of summer foliage. Most of the images in the exhibit are from walks near Kamman’s home in Henniker.

The Forest Society’s Conservation Center is located at 54 Portsmouth Street in Concord, NH. A reception with the artist will be held on Friday, April 3 from 5 – 7 pm; regular exhibit hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am – 5 pm. For more information, call 224-9945 or email .
